Talento – My Talent Development
Your Mentor for Conversations About Developing Your Talents
Welcome to your new training universe.
We’re often so focused on delivering results that we forget to train. Here, you get the chance to practice—so you can perform with greater relevance.
We encourage you to apply the principles of deliberate training: choose a focus area you want to explore, analyze which aspects need attention, set a framework, and start filling it in.
You’ll focus on your own talent development, using your talents in self-leadership and in all the roles you play. This personal focus gives you direction, motivation, and energy.
You create well-being by working on yourself, working through others, or sharing your abilities with others.
You can use Talento to gain insights, ask questions, create clarity, build development plans, and much more. The more you use it, the more you get in return.
It’s a well-known principle: you receive more relevant answers when you share a little about yourself—what you’re looking for, the situation it applies to, and similar details. Simply copy the desired context into the prompt box and follow the instructions.
When using Talento for job search, you can copy your CV (up to 8,000 characters) as an example. Use your Talent Indicator profile when working on your own talents. If you don’t have a Talent Indicator profile yet, you can complete the analysis by clicking the “Take Test” button at the top of this page.
Below Talento, you’ll find inspiration for different ways to prompt Talento. Find your own method, create your own context.
Create Energy and Use Your Talents
Here are some examples:
- I have the talents Targeted, Posetive, and Assessing as my top three—what opportunities do these create?
- I have the talents Targeted and Competitive at the top—how should I think about motivation and development in my daily work?
- What synergies and pitfalls exist between the talents Inclusive and Focusing?
- I have these top talents XXX and work with someone who has YYY – what should we keep in mind in our collaboration?
- I have the talent Holistic and find that others struggle to follow my thoughts and arguments – how can I work with my talent in that context?
- I need to present a new innovation project to the executive team—how can I best use my talents XX, YY, ZZ? What biases should I be aware of?
…and so on. The only limit is your imagination.
Why does Talento understand so much?
The data we train on is of the highest quality. We only use sources with high validity and reliability—data we can fully stand behind. We’ve chosen to build a so-called vertical assistant, meaning it’s trained within a specific domain.
Talento prioritizes our first-hand data over generalized data from broad LLMs/language models. We focus on the data that matters most.
The model is born with a general understanding of language and supports 92 languages. What you see is formulated in Danish, but if you prefer, simply ask for another language. Ask in one language and have Talento respond in another—if that’s what you need.
Talento has been trained on many different types of data—providing deep and relevant data integrity. Sources include videos, PDF texts, books, training manuals, presentation materials, use cases, customer interviews, focus group interviews, and many others.
Talento will continuously be trained on new material, so when you return, you’ll notice that the knowledge base has evolved—and you won’t necessarily get the exact same answer as before. Talento has become “smarter.” We do not train on your questions. Those remain yours.
Through our 20 years of experience, we have always documented our programs, providing “real-world” data from certification courses, seminars, and similar events. We’ve been data-driven long before it became a trend.
The Fine Print
Remember, Talento is optimized to speak to your brain—it thinks in mathematical models. This means Talento doesn’t have what we as humans love: feelings and emotions. Talento has no imagination, intuition, or ability to dream. What it does have is the capacity to recall incredible amounts of insights, connect them, and identify patterns and relationships that we as humans often struggle to see.
Talento has no opinions or personal views. It doesn’t make decisions for you—but it prompts you back with questions and comments it considers useful for your work with talents.
We’ve designed Talento to focus on facilitating the process and keeping a reflective dialogue going. It’s you who trains and reflects—not Talento.
