Per Bergfors has worked with talent development, talent pools, and training as a business consultant for 15 years. Per has 20 years of experience in management, sales, and marketing within companies. In addition, he works as an Assistant Professor at CBS, giving him solid experience as a teacher and communicator.

Our story
In 2003, we—Per Bergfors and Ric Jakobsen—founded the company BIZ Consulting ApS. As entrepreneurial business consultants with a focus on sales and marketing, we quickly brought an organizational consultant and a computer scientist on board, which marked the first step toward developing TalentIndikator©.
We launched the first version of TalentIndikator© in 2004. From there, we immediately began using and further developing the platform in collaboration with major companies such as DONG (now Ørsted), Microsoft, and others.
Building on talents, we developed products such as EffektivEngagement©, The Coaching Salesperson, Team Dimension, Knowledge Dimension, Consultancy Performance Assessment, and a range of other company-specific services.
In 2013, the company was consolidated under its current owners and the name TalentInsights. Our strategy is now focused exclusively on identifying talents and building a network of authorized partners who use the assessment platform in their respective businesses.
We continuously develop our TalentIndikator© testing tool, which is now in its 4th generation.
Our expertise and passion for developing people’s talents have been built through broad experience in Danish and international business, culture, and sports.
