Talento – The Salesperson’s Talent Development
Your mentor for dialogue on growth through developing sales and talents.
Welcome to your new training universe.
We’re often so focused on delivering results that we forget to train. Here, you get the chance to practice—so you can perform better and smarter.
We encourage you to apply the principles of deliberate training: choose a focus area, analyze which aspects need attention, set a framework, and start filling it in.
Among the three focus areas, you’ve chosen to leverage your talents to drive more sales.
You create well-being by working on yourself, working through others, and sharing your abilities through your sales role.
You can use Talento to gain insights, ask questions, create clarity, build development plans, and much more. The more you use it, the more you get in return.
It’s a well-known principle: you receive more relevant answers when you share a little about yourself—what you’re looking for, the situation it applies to, and similar details. Simply copy the desired context into the prompt box and follow the instructions.
When using Talento, you can provide up to 2½ pages of input. Use your Talent Indicator profile when working on your own talents. If you don’t have your Talent Indicator profile yet, you can complete the analysis via the button at the top of this page.
Below, you’ll find inspiration for different ways to prompt Talento. Find your own method, create your own context.
Create growth and sales through your talents
Prompting means moving forward—so how should you think to grow your sales through your talents?
Here are some inspiring ways to frame your prompts:
- I want to dive into the Challenger sales methodology. With my talents Innovative and Developing what should I pay attention to? Can I involve too much? Can I get too close to customers?
- How can my Inclusive and Innovative talents help me manage the sales process?
- How can I train myself to be more challenging and relevant for customers
- My supporter says I’m always dissatisfied with her work—but I don’t feel that way. What can I do
- I’m struggling to hit my budget. How can I use my talents to improve?
- How will my talents help me develop the Challenger approach? Can you create an action plan?
- One of my customers is very analytical. How can I handle him using my talents? I really want to win him as a client.
Why does Talento understand so much?
The data we train on is of the highest quality.
We only use sources with high validity and reliability—data we can truly stand behind.
We’ve chosen to build what’s called a vertical assistant—a model trained within a specific domain.
Talento prioritizes our first-hand data over generalized data from standard language models.
We focus on the data that matters most.
The model was born with a natural understanding of language and supports 92 languages.
What you see is formulated in Danish—but if you prefer another language, just ask.
You can even ask in one language and have Talento respond in another if that’s what you need.
Talento has been trained on many different types of data—ensuring depth and strong data integrity.
Sources include videos, PDF texts, books, training manuals, presentation materials, use cases, customer interviews, focus group discussions, and many more.
Talento will continuously be trained on new material.
So when you return, you’ll notice the knowledge base has evolved—and you won’t necessarily get the exact same answer as before. Talento has become smarter.
We never train on your questions. They remain yours.
With over 20 years of experience, we’ve consistently documented our programs—providing real-world data from certification courses, seminars, and similar events.
We’ve been data-driven long before it became a trend.
The Fine Print
Remember: Talento is optimized to speak to your brain – it thinks in mathematical models. That means Talento doesn’t have what we as humans love: feelings and emotions. Talento has no imagination, intuition, or ability to dream. What it does have is the capacity to store incredible amounts of insights, connect them, and identify patterns and relationships that we as humans often struggle to see.
Talento has no opinions or personal views. It doesn’t make decisions for you – instead, it prompts you with questions and comments it considers useful for your work with talents.
We’ve designed Talento to focus on facilitating the process and keeping a reflective dialogue alive. You are the one who trains and reflects – not Talento.
